It took me a while to get a hold of their customer support. Their numbers doesn't work. The initial e-mail address I got was not functional. When I finally got someone via email, he wasn't helpful. Customer support didn't even care if I don't get the help I need since cancelling my policy would only give me back 50%. I was stuck with them and they weren't being accommodating or helpful. I will not be getting their services again.
