The staff (admin, maintenance, and security personnel) are very accommodating with our needs and very quick to offer their services and help. The rooms are very secured and also common areas like the hallways, stairs, and elevators are kept clean and sanitized all the time. This is highly recommended for students and reviewees who is looking for a good and affordable place to stay.

Rooms here are pretty nice and really afforable! Tenants also have free access to the gym and to the study area with wifi. Only down side I experienced here was that our room had really weak signal service. Other than that, everything is good
Great Location. It's a walk away from review centers and some universities and surrounded by a lot of shops. The dorm has a free gym you can use and a spacious study area. They also provide housekeeping.
Medyo maliit ang kwarto, medyo mahal, at hanggang apat lang pwede. Malapit sa mga review centers at may curfew para magfocus talaga sa pag-pass ng board exam.
