As always poor customer service! I was trying to renew my dad’s passport base on their websites guideline but it’s all out of date. Been trying to call them but they wont even answer and if they did, they would give you different steps. They should make a clear and precise step to help out people NOT to complicate them instead and waste time and money.

We came here to renew my daughter’s passport. We’re late from our appt but we were able to get inside and thats a big points for us. My husband and I are hesitant to go since its 9:50 am already and our appt was 9:30 but thankfully we did because they let us in ( I think as long as you have an appt they’ll let you in ). Security Staff and kuya Ruel of airmail are very nice and helpful.thank you *The consequence of being late is they’ll let you wait also inside but its ok at least you get to finish the transaction. passport photos Don’t worry if you don’t have it with you or if you don’t have time getting it outside (like us, we were late looking for a photo studio and traffic was bad) THEY HAVE A PHOTO BOOTH INSIDE!!! photocopy They do photocopy and print inside but the cost of each photocopy is 10 pesos.

Very polite staff. The person we had an interview with, although strict about the general rules and guidelines was very respectful. He wasn't the mean and or rude person I had expected. Guards outside the Embassy were practically useless. When we arrived a guard asked us what our appointment was about, we told him we had one with the USCIS, but he put us in the line for the Visas. Luckily, one of the vendors outside told us there was actually a separate line. She was a much bigger help than the people who actually worked there.

I want to commend the US Embassy’s staff at the SSA office. I’m visiting till December 2020 and needed to start my MEDICARE Part B before my birthday in November 2020. To my horror-I just couldn’t do this online (like I did to get my SSA retirement benefit started when I retired in April 2020. The SSA Federal Benefits guys provided a secure way to do that here overseas, and my Medicare Part B will start in November 2020. No fuss, no complications, no confusion: excellent yeoman’s work.
