For some towns in the Northern Provinces, it is the only Bus Transit that provides their trip going to Manila (vice versa). So it is the only choice for those passengers that cannot go farther to ride with a different bus company. Their service is inconsistent, mostly poor. Their terminal needs renovation to provide a good waiting area for passengers. There is one time that they accepted reservations to a specific destination. During the trip schedule, they mentioned that there is no bus going to that town. The conductor said that it already departed earlier. With this action that they have done, they turned down the customer's expectations. Baggage handling is also not that good. There are instances that you need to get the baggage at their parking area near Legarda LRT station which is time consuming. Most of their buses are old and not maintained. There are few buses which are new but they only use it for marketing. It is not being used for daily trips on same destinations.
