I've been going to M-Bay for more than 10 years. They still have the best masseuse. I wish they'd fix the second floor lounge again. It was nice to hang out there before and have a foot massage and eat mami and order drinks and just unwind. I miss that.

Good for couples! The Jacuzzi was so relaxing. Really love their wet and dry sauna. The massage was fantastic, there was a bit of chiropractic and it was great. Totally refreshing!
Clean, comfortable, good service, what if they have free food, it can be perfect. Will be back again.
Good, I'm really glad I found this spa in Manila and enjoyed great service for sure a price. 750 pesos for one hour body massage (which was paid before service), and I paid a tip of 100 pesos upon leaving. You can have sauna and hot bath for 2.5 hours at most. I came late by 2245 and I was told the session closes at 2330. When I was enjoying the hot bath, a staff reminded me several times on the time even though it's only 2300. I didn't feel like being in a hurry. There are two kinds of suana, a usual one and another traditional wooden one, probably in Japanese style. It's good to try the latter one since it's quite special. Afterwards I was directed upstairs and given a choice of hot coffee or tea. Soon I was led to the public massage area. (you can enjoy in a private room by paying more, 250 pesos if I remember correctly) The masseuse didn't have much strength when just using fingers. (I told them I need someone with strength) but she surprised me when doing that using her arms and legs afterwards. It's to the point and relaxing. I would go again. If time is enough, enjoying sauna and doing massage here can be a routine with such a price.
The place is so dark specially the lounge. Before I get to locker room, I was greeted by two huge cockroaches. The towels ate rugged and has holes. The massage isn't good as well for 1000. Amistad is better and massage is legit if I were to compared these two spas with the same price of massage. The steam and sauna were small that you almost like a sardines inside. The receptionist were kind but the crew within the lockers were grouchy and sometimes not very attentive.
Complete facilities such as sauna, steam and jacuzzi. Some shower cubicles aren't complete with shampoo or shower gel. Massage is great.
I really was just needing some hot water massage so I was happy about the jacuzzi which wasn't too hot. As recommended in the web I did the steam bath and cold shower alternately, three times. And then the message, was very, very good. I was stretched like crazy by my therapist, and my muscle pains were relieved. The strokes used on me showed years of experience. Out was my first time so I was kinda lost navigating the place, which looked classy and clean. There's ample parking, which could get filled on weeknights. I went on late afternoon, so it was roomy enough, not many other clients, means less noise..All in all I recommend this place.
They have very well trained therapists but the facilities need upgrading
