Love the sisig. The kare-kare is superb. The Laing taste good. I love the ginataang monngo and ginataang mix. The lechon kawali is crunchy. Salad taste good. The ambience is Filipino settings including table and seats. The server is OK. For 500 per head food is worth it.

Food choices are great and fresh. The staffs keep checking the buffet area and refilling the serving pot. We really enjoyed the food. The staffs are very polite and are checking if we needed anything. Great experience. I will recommend it everyone

Do yourself a favor and DO NOT EAT HERE FROM 1-5PM. All the food are the leftovers from lunch. No WARM food, very slow to refill and you'll lose your appetite chewing all the cold food in your mouth. In the photos, veggies were very dry and hard, lechon was cold and everything was too oily to eat. I wonder why they don't close at these hours. Such a disgrace to Filipino food. You get to pay 44570 for drinks (total of 515) and you could get more out of your money if you just spend it in nearby restaurants (Ramen Nagi, Soi, there's a Samgyupsalamat outside of Rob if you want unli). Anyway, the food might taste good warm but I don't want to bother finding out. You'll love it here only if you're dying of hunger.

I was a walk-in client in a group of 4 and tried to book a table. I was told that I have to pay first...why? I said I’m not eating yet, I have to wait for the rest of the company. Then the concierge told me to pay for everyone first! Really??! What a SERVICE! This is a disaster. Anyways, food in CABALEN is just mediocre. Not my loss, they lost a customer/s!
