ZERO! no star at all but i cannot post without rating it. My box arrived first week of April and up to now it has not been delivered! You never answer the phone numbers indicated and no one even bothered to contact me when you have my details to update. There are perishable items inside that box so PLEASE I DELIVER NA INTAWON!!!

I don't know these people stay in business. Im in the philippines and I've called them repeatedly but they don't even have a working number on their website. I emailed them we'll see if i get a response.
Rating should be even ZERO, not even 1 star. Not recommending this forwarder. Poor service, Cebu crew could not even answer a yes or a no when asked if they can deliver the boxes today. They said they ONLY HAVE ONE DELIVERY VEHICLE!

Negative zero akong ika rate ani ilang serbisyo,gawas nga d mo update ug unsai status na sa box kanang inyong mga numero nga gi pang butang sa inyong website ug fb page puro d matawgan,way manubag ug out of coverage etc.Akong iyaan cgeg sugo nga pa cgehag tawag or e message through messenger para mokihol cla but Wala man gihapoy nahitabo.Palihug tawn ihatod na among cargo kay maskin cgurog MECQ ang syudad makasud man ghapon mos anig boundary kay naa man moy permit nga maka deliver anywhere and anytime.
Not recommended very POOR service!! kng busy kaayo mo nganu mu cancel man mog tawag tawn oy na hasol mos mga customer?? pag march pana among package kasabot mi kay naay covid pero icancel jud ang tawag di pwede mag update lng mi sa status sa package???????? So unprofessional!!! panirado mo oy. Mag update mi kay para unta ma pick up nlng namo kay bati kaayo na ilanh delivery vehicle napay mga delivery boy way klaru! Btw we are from cebu.
