I hope panasonic will pull out their partnership with this company. we've been talking for two months! and still sira padin yung item. incompetent. unprofessional specially Dana Alcantara! di na kami bibili ng PANASONIC kung eto naman mag cacater ng after service.

Hindi maayos kausap. I already pay 2,440 downpayment yet I didn’t even get any feedback from them, it’s already been 1week. I called them and they told me “for quotation pa po” wth? I already pay dp tapos for quotation pa rin. Now I’m asking for a refund until now wala pa rin.

Their services are really bad and lousy. They have been fixed my aircon for 3 months still can't fix properly. They always delay and postpone or cancel the schedule without notification. This company not even worth 1 star I already suggested the LG HQ to stop their services
Look how they fill up their service report. Especially the amount they will put it by pen instead of carbon copy.
