Great place to stay but unfortunately the practices of the management are far from commendable. Being foreigners, our deposits have not been returned to us till date (it has been over a year) and there has been no response from the admin or the management to that effect. We had been staying there for a year. The staff is extremely friendly and the place is one of the most strategically placed considering movement to any part of Manila. It is surrounded by eateries open 24/7. The management should practice better ethics with monetary matters because it leaves a bad taste in the mouth.

The building in front of Mandaluyong Medical Center. The Cansino & Sembrano Medical Office was located at the 5th FLR.
The room was clean. Bathroom does not have heated shower. Its timba and tabo. (a small bucket and a big water scooper). It's clean tho. The only downside I noticed so far was the dust in the room airconditioner vents. I guess its not that harmful. Hehehe! I just wish sometimes you can see the actual rooms before you book it.
Good place for staycation.
It is very near to a Church of the Divine Mercy, it is accessible to many places; restaurants, fast foods, malls, movie houses, shopping malls, department stores, groceries, metro rail transit, bus station, hospitals, government center
Location is good. It is along boni ave., 1 ride jeep to MRT boni station and accessible to Makati. It is near the Mandaluyong City Hall, a hospital, beside it is the famous RJ's bulaluhan, a doughnut store; infront of it are fastfood chains like jolibee and chowking. There is also a nearby Watson's branch and Petron gasoline station. During heavy rains, expect the area to be flooded.
