The Smart Store in SM Megamall has a very spacious area to accommodate quite a number of customers. The ambience is cozy and welcoming similar to how you will be treated by their staff. Queuing is definitely organized as they have the necessary systems and protocols put in place.

if you have a lot of time for a day and got nothing else to do? you can definitely go here and bring your concern to them... bawal bumalik/reserve list not honoring senior, pregnant, and pwd as well. 10 customers/day ba kayo smart? petiks at its finest. and their queueing system? they will log your concern on an ipad then will shout your name across the area with NO SOUND SYSTEM. goodluck hearing it... now that area has acrylic covers plus the face mask and shield, sound is muffled as well.
