Gotta say, place is neat and cozy. There's good lighting for desk work. Wish queues are faster though.

Before this establishment was not so so, cx service is a 6 out of 10, they are not that friendly. Same with the guard on duty. Now we are seeing new face and hope it will cure this problem. Hope Manny Pangilinan the CEO and owner of this establishment bare in mind that we are \your bread and butter\. We \the customer\ are the ones providing your salaries and such. Please provide the right attitude, the right service that we deserve. If it is not for US \your customer\ they won't have any salaries to get with in the first place...

Your company needs a lot of help! Megamall customers are tired, lining up to more than 2 hours. PLDT Megamall even set a cutoff at 3pm. Why? You are suppose to be helping customers until the mall is open.

It's a hit and miss thing... Lousy when there are a lot of people but very good if there's none. Customer service is friendly and willing to help but it gets overwhelming when there are many people.

PLDT you have a very poor service! During this time of pandemic we need to comply with the protocol of not going out. But due to your incompetent service that even our calls for inquiries were not answered , we are now forced to put our health at risk in going to your service centers wherein mass gathering will be happening. We really need to put to an end your horrible service, really fed up !
