PLDT Customer service is the absolute WORST!!!! Extreme lack of knowledge, the reps make sh!t up just to get you off the phone. F that sh!t ... all because they monopolize the game, and Globe is equally terrible from a internet capping standpoint, they have better cs service though. Too many sacrifices to which carrier you go with!!! Thanks to the govt for allowing this sh!tty level of service.

Kindly fix your service we applied august of this year until now we dont have internet connection im. Trying to call your 171 yet the option is limited and repetative. Even the agent cant answer my inquiry always seen in my messenger.. thankyou
Your customer service reps are not trained well with product knowledge. Every time I call, they give different answers. You don't have aligned processes with your call centers. THIS IS VERY DISAPPOINTING. My line was upgraded to 1699 but I was billed for plan 1899. Even their filing was incorrect. I had to call several times to get this issue resolved.
Phone service has a lot to be desired. We had little choice as there is no other option. You have only to \eat\ your phone troubles and hope a miracle occurs in the weeks ahead. And then...there is the pldt customer service \adventure\. Lots of luck future subscribers!
