Very poor costumer relations. Website says 830am and its 845am, and they have not started entertaining patrions. They have converted the parking spaces into waiting areas, hence, DO NOT DO YOUR BUSINESS HERE IF YOU DRIVE A CAR.

I suggest you take a number and gauge how much time you'll need and come back. It took me more than 3 hrs to finish my transaction. The agents are friendly, it's just that they are too few to accommodate so many people. And it's plain to see that they are overworked. I feel for both the agents and the customers. PLDT should really fix its labor issues as soon as possible.
