My favorite go to place for my and my client's furniture needs. Their shop in shaw blvd. Is really spacious and there are more items here compared to their other shops. They have an online store also but the personnel mentioned that the physical store does not carry the same discounts as the one online. When i checked, online stored has a higher discount amount which i think is part of the efforts to keep the buyers from going to the shops due to covid.

Have to wait for sales associate. They need to hire more staffs hence minus one star. Guy who helped me was patient with all my questions and other concerns. Spent like an hour due to stocks being checked if available or not. Pretty much spending the whole stay looking for items if available or not and when they can deliver. I saw some staff just walking and walking around without asking if I need help. Anyways I am assuming they are not assigned to that particular floor or display areas. Helpers to bring my stuffs to my car are awesome. They are friendly and did not complain at all. Will come back. Went back after a month: only one sales employee on the floor. Very helpful though.
Staffs were very accommodating. plenty of things to choose from.
Reasonable prices Clean n orderly
They can't control the load of people going in and mostly are just sitting on the sofa displays. It is so alarming for Covid19 strike.
