I got my cedula/residence cert fast. I was also able to confirm the reqts for getting a marriage license.. the attached photo is the eceipt\ given to me by the lady releasing marriage license application forms when I asked for a receipt (just to make sure we won't pay again), she wouldn't have given me one if I didn't ask. There were hand sanitation areas in the building - you pump it with your foot which is good so no contact.

Had yo enter through the back of the executive building. They put a line/waiting area there. Possibly also because there's rubble in front where they will be building a coliseum I heard. Small to medium sized coliseum?
Construction ongoing where the old buildings were. There is parking if you manage to find a spot in front of the city hall it's just a bit difficult to manuever as the space is small and there are lots of people walking here and there. The city hall people were very helpful and we managed to pay taxes quickly enough.
I have visited the Mandaluyong City Hall a few times the past 10 months, mostly to settle property taxes, transfer taxes, request for tax clearances. The staff are friendly, helpful and speedy. I was pleasantly surprised. Kudos to the Mayor & staff.
Organized, safety protocols are being observed. Staff are all polite.
