kinda sad to leave one star review since i used to have my wax done here alright before. but just came back from an underarm waxing session and that was really heavy handed and sloppy. Much of the hair weren't pulled out but rather torn off. And I honestly could not get away fast enough since the whole atmosphere in there was uninviting. :(((( hate to write this review but hope the customer service improves. but for now, taking my business somewhere else.
