Unorganized. I made Order ahead and the next cashier took the hotshots i order leaving me to wait 30minutes. Its not funny being told to accept funshots. You guys made the mistake not me. Does not even deserve a star.

We have ordered today a 10pcs of chicken 1 bucket. Upon opening it, we have noticed that the chicken is only 6pcs. It’s really bad experience cause we thought that the employee understood everything. We have paid for around 700 plus pesos for something which we didn’t expect. Also they didn’t even give us the receipt. Really disappointed and unacceptable.

Your typical fastfood chain. If you want lots of chicken dishes, just go here. But seeing it's a fast food, don't expect too much. Tables are limited, I only saw 10-15 tables, maybe 20 max. We ordered KFC Zinger. Tastes okay. They offer orange juice if you don't want sodas.

I've heard that KFC ice cream was really good. Couldn't resist the urge to try it out. So my friend, treated me for a cup. I ordered Mango Kremeball (Php50). He got the Caramel Sundae (Php29). Their ice cream was creamier and thicker. The mango bits, caramel and marshmallows were good combination.

Small, crowded, not so nice staff...they didn't even bother to greet and smile and looks like they've chosen the wrong career path. Atleast people come and go fast here so you can have your seat easy.

Very disappointing. I usually buy the flavored shots because it has a different gravy compared to the one available for unli. However, in this branch, they did not add the gravy and told me to get it from the side. This is aside from their very small serving compared to other branches. Also, their drink (i got royal) was tasteless. It was like diluted with water then with the addition of the ice, I felt like my toungue went numb. KFC, please fix this. Put a dusting of quality to your food.
