Five star for the quick delivery (Mandaluyong to Oriental Mindoro). I sent the package (laptop and laptop bag) last Jul 20, Mon then I was advised the item was already in their Calapan City office for pick up on Jul 22, Wed. Five star for the crating which was sturdy enough to secure my package. For improvement: I chose the door-to-door delivery but I was notified to have the receiver to pick up the package in the office as it might get squeezed during delivery. Hmmmm. For improvement: The establishment practices proper social distancing, allowing only 4 customers at a time, however the other customers weren't keen in following that. One customer was fixing her stuff for delivery in front of the transaction window blocking the way for other customers doing their business.

DO NOT use their delivery service because they are unreliable and do not deliver on time. If you do, and try to contact their customer service, good luck getting someone on the line.
We are a regular customer here & we are happy for their shipping service. It’s cheaper than others, too. This branch has side services like printing, photocopying & internet rental.
