Wasted my 200 and they messed up my hair...fade cut?..fade to hell i think

Ive got my keratin treatment and hair color here and the result was great! It was my first time here and it doesnt dissapointed me, probably will refer my friends here. The staff are friendly and nice especially the stylist assigned to me, I didnt remember her name but she has a chinita eyes. Thank you David Salon Starmall branch :)
This is the first and last time i will visit this branch for a rebond treatment. I had a previous rebond from SM The Block and they did an excellent job but my experience in this branch doesnt deserve its name at all. I had my rebond last October and to my surprise, my hair seemed like an inverted outgrown rebonded hair literally bec they were able to fix the outgrown curly hair but i cant believe that my midway to end hair turned dull and frizzy. I went back more than a week later and the stylist told me that they really do not rebond the midway or the previously rebonded hair since it will break and this is a total nonsense. Bec i had several rebonds over the years and never have i heard such nonsense. Its true that they will concentrate on the outgrowth but they will still treat the midway to end but not as concentrated as the former and nonetheless will turn out to be a uniformly rebonded hair. I just cant believe i will experience this type of service at a Davids Salon branch.
If there’s negative stars, I would give them -10! Just wasted my time and money for a very low quality service. To be fair, the lady who’s doing my hair is friendly but her skills is not enough. And the other staff (gay with fair complexion), instead of apologizing or at least showed their empathy, they keep on making alibis. I told them that I’ve been loyal to David’s Salon for more than 10 years (in different branches) and I always get amazing results. That I only chose starmall edsa coz I need to go to SM Megamall later that day. I want a refund!!
The store is a bit old but staff are good and skilled, rates is lower compared to other branches

Very poooooor!!!! My gosh! Potaeena. Mas okay pa yung 50php sa barber shop! Gigil nyo ako!! Ni hindi man lang inahit ng blade,daming tikwas. Langya! Yan ang panget sainyo eh, David's!!!not the thaircut that I'm expecting!, papalit palit kayo ng hairstylist tapos ang alam na gupit yung pang bisayang gupit!
