I asked how long the caged puppy had been in the window... One week... No water in the cage. Had to ask the man to give him water. As soon as the man got the water out, the puppy went crazy. Dirty, starved for attention, sitting in his own urine. Disgusting treatment of animals. Shameful.

I bought for couple bunny. But after a month i found out that they are both male. I trust the lady personnel because shes like the superior on that store. And im a newbie. So, how u will fix this? I paid the price for couple?

Terrible shop. They claim to operate till 10pm however they are closed by 9:45pm and even when I call to advise that I am 2 minutes away, they still close early. They deserve to go out of business.

I just bought 4 blue king tetras awhile ago. I was watching the man there catch all 3 fishes except for the last one. So when I came home, I was surprised to see 3 Blue King tetras and 1 Celebes rainbowfish in the plastic bag. \u003c_\u003c Also, Can i just say that the way they pack the fish after putting the oxygen is a bit too harsh. They spin the whole plastic bag with the fishes inside like 5 times (super fast!). You can see all the water inside forming a tornado with the fishes spinning like crazy. No wonder, a few times I bought from them some fishes died the next day. Meh. The only positive thing about them is that their location is very accessible and convenient but that makes them one of the expensive pet stores in the metro.

Two stars only because they have some stocks for food and some essentials for pets like dogs, birds, rodents, and fishes. But man, every single employee have no idea what they're saying. recommending products and pets without proper knowledge. selling without concern for the animals. i used to buy a lot of pet foods here for my fishes because that's almost the only thing that's good. But today, i was at their shop to look for leopard gecko food and they have this weird worms that they recommend and [must have] named that doesn't even exist. so much potential because of the place, the fact that it's inside the mall and there's so much better pet stores just literally outside the mall but still within that mall. For the employees, put some effort on you job. oh, and i almost forgot and this is the most hilarious part. they even sell a RAPTOR leopard gecko for 8,000. That's almost a 160 btw. LOL

Not my type of petstore, dogs look weak and fishes don't look great either. there are birds, rodents, lizards as well. Good place to go for pet supplies for the aquarium but not much for dogs.
