I wouldn't even give them a 1 star! Terrible experience. I was ordering for tables and chairs, then I was told that they can't deliver in the morning, but will deliver after lunch. I said fine because my party starts at 3pm still. When I got home almost 3pm, I was shocked to find out that the tables and chairs had not been delivered. I called them up, they had me waiting at the other end of the line (where I can hear them), obviously they were talking about what to tell me. And guess what they told me? They said they thought I was going to pick it up! TABLES AND CHAIRS FOR PICK-UP!!! Are they that stupid? I have always ordered tables and chairs for parties for so many years now, but it's only now that I've experienced being informed that it was for pick-up! What really irked me was that they were insisting they informed me that it was for pick-up, which obviously they didn't! Because if they did I will definitely not agree with it, then I would have gone to the other rental companies. They are the WORST & the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL Company that I had ever encountered !!!

I made a reservation 4 days prior to my event. They can't give a quotation because they were \busy\ but said that they would deliver on agreed date. Day before the event they told me they already gave my reservation to another client because they paid outright. Worst service ever!
Very Unprofessional. Worst Company to deal with. Contact them and you will see how they answer you.
