Anis transport inform your clients immediately if there’s no car available. I booked online and was given a reservation confirmation number and instructed me to provide 2 ID’s , a billing statement for address verification to sent thru email. Those are personal and private informations that I provided expecting that I will have a car tomorrow morning. Not only that, I was also instructed after I made a booking to pay a downpayment thru GCash or whatever method of payment provided. I tried calling, texting, emailing, leaving messages thru FB Messenger and WhatsApp but no reply. Then I got email stating that there are no more cars available until January 29 BUT” there are cars available this coming Saturday and Sunday”- an email from your rep names Marife. Assuming that this coming Sunday is tomorrow, then there is a car available! I asked for a clarification but no reply until Around 7pm Saturday night. On the message stating “ “apologies on the delayed response as we have lots of que. We are currently fully booked po.” Please be responsible and inform your clients in a timely manner! If there is no car available then how did the website managed to give me a car and a reservation with confirmation?!?!! I would had shown up there early in the morning with no car and an important place to go!

The facility is not hard to find if you are around the area. I just rely on my maps when I visited the place. Google map is accurate to tell where it is. There is no sign of \Anis Transport\ when you get there. It is just on the corner and when you see the auto shop like with \ATS\ tarpaulin, then you made it. The staffs are friendly. Brand new cars available. They have Wigo which is cheaper but expect it to be always not available due to demand. Cars for rent are insured with complete papers of agreement and things you need to know. Reservation is easy and completed mine online. They will even call you to fast track the processing.
First Impression is the best impression:) Anis transport is definitely the example. I’ve just rented a car with them and the vehicle is very well maintained. The staff are very polite and accommodating. I’ve been here in Manila for almost 2 years now. I wish I would have made this choice before, but from now on it would be with Anis transport. I love travel and I’m sure will explore this together with Anis :)
