King Long is one of the world's largest public transit bus and coach manufacturers. It also has a new line of production solely dedicated to passenger vans. Xiamen King Long United Automotive Industry Company Ltd. ("King Long"​) was founded in December 1988. It specializes in bus and coach R & D, manufacturing and sales. They have 3 manufacturing plants: Bus & Coach Manufacturing in Xiamen, Mini Van Manufacturing in Xiamen, and Public Transit Bus Manufacturing in Shaoxing. On the other hand, FAW or First Automobile Works is the largest truck and biggest vehicle manufacturer in China. Founded in 1953, FAW has been at the forefront of promoting China’s automotive industry. They have acquired partnership with Volkswagen AG in 1991, and with Tianjin Automobile Industry Group in 2002 to begin joint venture production of Toyota Motor Corporation. At present, FAW’s current strategies emphasizes on the production of cars while maintaining their dominant position in the commercial heavy truck industry. FOCUS VENTURES INC. is housed in a 3,000 square meter property wholly owned by its principals located at Sheridan St. in Mandaluyong City. It serves as the main showroom, service and training center, warehouse and parts depot. This property is wholly owned by Focus Ventures Inc. In 2014, it has opened its branch in Naga.
