I passed by and checked the open water course in one evening. My instructor, Jayson, was very friendly to explain the course to me and two days later I took the course. The price is slightly higher than other shop but Free Willy Diving provides absolutely quality diving course. Safety is always the first and Jayson taught me all the skills carefully. I am very happy to do my OWC here and I highly recommend it. Even you just about to try your first diving experience, I suggest you can join DSD here.

We had a fantastic stay at Boracay thanks also to the awesome people at Free Willy Dive center. It was for me the first dive experience and i felt safe and well treated from the first minute. Domingo, our dive instructor, did an excellent job in teaching us. We were a group of 3 “newbies” and finished our Open Water (it was even possible to do SSI or PADI. It is your choice) without any difficulties. Everybody there is friendly and helpful! Instead of staying in a Pool for the first exercises we were doing most (other exercises we did in 6m in between the corals ;) ) of the exercises in shallow water direct in the ocean. And on the first days we already had the privilege to see sea turtles. It is definitely worth stopping by at Free Willy. Even if you have no idea and you would just like to try out what diving is all about… They offer a “Try it out” to find out. And the coffee is delicious :) Thanks again to Domingo and the crew. Amazing dive experience... This is one of the oldest n best dive centres in Boracay... Had 2 dives today and saw lots of turtles, fish n even some sea snakes... Water is so clear like in pool. They know the locations very well and will make sure you have memorable experience... They give personal attention to each diver. THANKS TO SIR WILLY AND DM ANDREW... Booked 2 more dives for tomorrow... If u r here for diving look no further... Update 28 Aug... 2 more dives and they helped to rent their underwater camera... Angol point is must to dive. Fun feeding fishes and lots of corals... DM Andrew very helpful all the days n made these days memorable...
If you've never been scuba diving and have the slightest interest in trying it, this is the place to do it. We went with Free Willy as they have a very good reputation and we were very impressed. We had a boat on our own, just the two of us, with an instructor each who never left our sides. We dived down to 10 metres and saw beautiful reefs with lots of fish and even a big turtle. One of our instructors filmed it all for us on an underwater camera so we have those memories to take home. Total cost about AUD250! Thank you Domingo for looking after us so well.
Went on 2 dives with Free Willy, they were both great. The staff are very helpful and kind and the diving was very good with lots of marine life. Would recommend.

I have been travelling for 2 months, diving in Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia and the Philippines and by far this is the best dive centre I've been to so far! I went here to do my last advance courses and ended up doing Advance, Nitrox and Deep dive spec. The excellent service, professionalism, attitude and atmosphere of Free Willy make the diving an absolute blast! If you are brand new or a veteran diver, It doesn't matter, Free Willy is a guarantee for a great time! Also, ask for Domingo as your instructor, hes such a great teacher and all around fun and inspiring person! I will for sure come back here! //Marcus
Ive been coming back to Willy for years now, always great service, very flexible with places to go, fun and friendly... Definitely great shop to dive with in Boracay.
