I have been working out for about 2 months now and used this from day 1. i did an extreme weight loss before and lost muscle unfortunately and with it came the problem of reaching calorie surplus even maintenance without puking and feeling bad. This product has given me the extra calories for me to surpass the maintenance and i really like the new formula. The relative low sugars for the calorie gain is defintently worth it even though you will go around with gases for a while. Gaines are happening and will keep using this product.
