I would STRONGLY urge everyone to NEVER rent a vehicle from Viajero Rent A Car in Manila, Philippines. I travel internationally many times a year (both for business and pleasure) and this is the absolute worst experience I've ever had with a car rental company. Due to only have a limited number of words in the review, I can't post my letter to Viajero. If you would like to read everything, please contact me directly and I'll gladly forward you 14 pages of emails between Viajero and I and you'll see just how terrible this company is.
