Last week of October this year, I ordered 3 beds from Homewoods Creation, 1 queen size Matilda bed, Joseph Trundle bed and Diana bunk bed. After paying 10% deposit, I waited for 3-weeks and the items delivered on time. I thought it would be delayed same as what I have read but I was surprised that they delivered on time as they promised. The delivery truck was there when I came to receive the items. We are not living yet in our condo. According to them items posted in their website are easy to do. The problem is for the item that is really customized, it takes time before they can deliver. We were in the furniture industry before when my parents still alive that’s why I understand how they processed their orders. I am planning to get more furniture from Homewoods and I hope after posting this I can have a nice price. You know I am only in my budget. I cant go beyond that. Thank you Homewoods in advance for giving me a favorable discount.

Good quality and affordable price! My wife and I were a little nervous that moment when ordering online or not seeing the product in actual but it turned out great. So when i knew that this company offers custom made furniture, I immediately sent them my designs that i got from Pinterest and they had given me a quote immediately. The accent chairs,book case and coffee table were in good quality & look really stylish. I was on a very tight budget & they were given me a discount for what I wanted by far.No chance of damage. Very happy . high five!
I had them customize a QUEEN bed about a year ago. It took them 3 months to finally deliver. No update or advise until I begged and demanded for them. When the bed finally arrived, it was a FULL size. Completely wrong specs. I could not return it anymore because the people who will use it are arriving the next day so I got stuck. Granted, the furniture has good quality. But hey, there are a lot of other companies that create quality products. The customer service makes all the difference. Homewoods gave me a "discount" of 1,500 for their error. I went back to Mandaue and now discovered Furniture Source PH as a better choice. Stress-free transactions.
Very much happy with the outcome of the project! From conceptualization, design and overall looks of my unit was achieved! The architect and the project supervisor Joel showed their best effort by committing on the said deadline that was given. Though there was minor problem arise, but good thing the architect who handled my project is there and she has strategic plans to overcome it. The first 20% I gave as the down-payment was consumed with materials needed and arrived in my unit in less than 7 days. The Staff who is working in this project is very professional and easy to ask some favors
I was a little apprehensive ordering chairs and table I had not seen or sat on. I called Homewoods creation and was assured that if they did not suit I would have free returns. I need not have worried the chairs were just as described and arrived very quickly. They were the one who assembled the tables and chairs I am delighted with the 6 chairs and they have been much admired. They are the right height , color , wood and the right price - I have looked and sat on many chairs before finding these. I have no hesitation in recommending HomewoodsCreation
As a designer, this shop is the ONLY ONE who got me stressed to the highest level. Yes, I like your work, but your service failed. I hope you stay true to your words.. You promised us to deliver that freakin' sofa if we pay half of the price (because it is rushed, right?). We even asked if we can pay it full but you said to just pay the half. You dropped the delivery date, nothing came due to some error with the fabric (That is the second reupholster of the ARM of that sofa). We agreed and waited another days. We even waited until midnight, but no delivery truck came. Please, be PROFESSIONAL Homewoods Creation. Your service ruined my good impression of you. I don't think I'll transact with you again and please, never brag and never be too proud to your clients even if you had established a name in the business. Without your clients, you are nothing. Always remember that. Thank you and God bless us.
We bought 2 sofa sets from Homewoods Creations and they were very responsive. They even managed to arrange for provincial delivery. We highly recommend them!
