A really good Condominium to live in.
Excellent location! Great place to live. The location is easy to access. I grew up here and love that I can walk to Greenbelt where there's a grocery, hardware and all the shops you need. It's also near all the major banks and a 20 minute drive to/from the airport. It is also located right in front of the Washington SyCip park. I love escaping into the park for a breath of fresh air and silence amidst the city buzz.
This is an old school condominium, low-rise with really spacious units. The pool area in the 10th floor is really nice, shaded and with a long table with chairs where a group can gather. The lobby also has a homey ambiance and not one of those high-end condominiums where you feel that you are dirt.
Very close to greenbelt mall and all the offices on Ayala Ave. Big cozy apartments.
A low rise condominium within 5 minutes to Greenbelt Shopping Centre. Clean and courteous staff with security.
