Overall building procedure from appointment scheduling to safety checks and actual face to face with CSA was efficient and pleasant. Mary Grace Palavino was my CSA. Great service & she took time to solve my on going problem. I finally got what I needed. Thanks Ms. Palavino!

Rude and lazy CSRs, they'll hang-up on you after asking you to wait for a moment while they retrieve your record. In the meantime reaching PLDT for support is absolutely impossible, deliberate diservice to their subscribers for the longest time, an old serpent they are!

Slow service even u directly report to their office still 'Nothing' happen bout my concern.,January I directly report my concern they said technicians wll go to my place and fix it 3wks later NO technicians come to my place and Now Feb.2 I decided again to directly report my concern as usual I'll wait the f**k*n* technician to fix! and let see......

Go early if you wish to talk to customer service because they only let 100 people in from 9-11AM. Guards outside are helpful and courteous and those in line are given chairs to sit on while waiting.

The service was very fast when I visited BUT inaccurate information from the tellers. I came to terminate my contract, paid up everything. Asked the teller MULTIPLE TIMES if I should expect more bills to come since I terminate in time before the cut off. Hold and behold, a month later, I still received a bill of 3K. I kept asking PLDT what's the bill for and it took them 20 tellers, days of chat, dozen of times explaining OVER and OVER again my account number before they were able to explain. I told them that the teller from here told me I should NOT pay anything else. Don't want to get blocked so I paid up anyway. I won't be surprised if a bill will show up in my email again this month. NEVER AGAIN WITH PLDT.
