it was horrible!!!! The lady named Cherry made me 2 nail scratches. I have kindly asked to replace my nail polish due to incompatibility to my skin color, i even proposed to pay in addition to be able to get my preference for the last time but She almost refused because she speaks about having a schedule of service massage (no definite time) and because of that, Cherry is unable to focus on what she is doing and so it lead to problem and asked her co worker to finish her work for me. So disrespectful. Surprisingly, she and her co workers are making faces "unpleasant" against my asking to work properly and it is insulting in this case. I hope the management could train their people on the proper way of dealing with their customers needs especialy if it speaks about dissatisfaction.

i did my gel polished here and sadly after 2days nail polished already fade and i didnt do house shores the girl did my gel polished also claimed that shes not good at it d na talaga ako pupunta dito d worth it

We went here around 9:05 pm today para magpamasahe. the girl in the front desk informed us that they can accommodate us after an hour and we agreed. however one of the staff (the gay) got mad with the girl in the F.D. and kept on complaining like he doesn't want to accommodate us. What's annoying is when he sarcastically said "galing mo rin eh ".

If 0 star is possible, that will be my rate for this poor quality salon! If ever gusto niyo i-try dito, don't dare! I actually had high expectations to this salon kasi ang ganda ng ambiance sa labas, akala mo professional ang mga tao. First, they are not accommodating. Yung feeling na parang nasanay na ata na walang customer? Jusko, sana ako na lang pala ang nag-mani and pedi sa sarili ko kasi halatang hindi trained yung nail technician niyo! Sugat sugat yung kuko ko, hindi man lang rin ayusin ang pagkuskos and all lalo na sa pag-apply ng nail polish. Btw, yung nail polish niyo rin malapit na ata mag-dry! Nakailang shake pa si ate para makapag-apply. Nakakasuka! Sobrang pangit talaga ng service dito Definitely the WORST experience I had so far. Mga chismosa pa ang employees niyo.
