Staffs are not welcoming. When I walked into the store, no one greeted you, no one walk you thru the services. You will need to ask series of questions to get more information. I've waited for 4 hours and no one from that store bother to send me a text of whether they would still accommodate me or not. If you are thinking of pampering your nails, I recommend you go to other nail salon in glorietta or greenbelt. The price are not worth it and poor service. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

I understand that weekends are incredibly busy but to see other people attended first when you got in first was a bit of a let down. The reception could have told me who was I assigned to and an estimate on how long would she take. The guy beside me had his feet soaked for 30 minutes before getting anything done. The nail technician was friendly but one finger was bleeding and I got that comment that I had low pain tolerance (I will accept that since don't usually have my nails done and I didn't say anything about not touching the side of my nails). What I really don't appreciate is the pain after. My nails are now beautiful but my finger is not.

For the price I paid, I expected them to be professionals. They weren’t. The white chairs were dirty and stained. They had no dryer machine. Their nail lacquer color options was a joke. They sent me out of the salon with my nails still not dry. The moment I got in the taxi I realized my nails were a mess! In fact the color never dried through out the day! The ladies who did my nails were nice & experienced however. The lady in the front desk wasn’t very welcoming. She was trying to sell me a gel nail service, I told her I can’t have gel on my nails for religious reasons, she then proceeded to talk to one of the workers in the local language and said “religious reasons” in a mocking way.

Nice setup, clean, very relaxing like you'e on the beach. Staff are polite and know their stuff well. I went for simple manicure and pedicure, cost me PHP 420 without polish (my preference). Walked out happy. This was my 2nd time here already. For improvements: Sofa covers were a bit dirty; because it is white, you can see clearly. You may want to hand out hot pads for customers while they sit out doing their nails. Consider music with some beach wave sounds in the background.

It was my first time to try their services but I was really disappointed. The lady incharge at the frontdesk wasn’t accomodating. She asked me to log my name and contact number on the reservation list so she can just text me after 45 mins but I received none. Services are overpriced. Totally NOT worth it!!!! Will never recommend this spa.

I went here today, Dec 15, 2019... Im not happy with the nail assistant who did my pedicure because she is not gentle. It was painful twice when she was removing cuticles by cutting it. One even became red and almost bled... Do not get Lanie, she is not gentle and in Filipino \mabigat ang kamay\. I was looking fwd to relax but in her hands it was stressful!

Very disappointed. Husband and I were excited to get some pampering since it was my Father's treat to him so went to book an appointment. Ugh the receptionist never called us for our service. How rude!
