Appointment service is excellent as it gives you reminders days before and minutes before the schedule. Very good service advisors. Payment needs improvement as the cashier takes a long time to process transactions.

Been having my vehicle serviced here for quite sometime. Only issue is it's hard to contact them and schedule an appointment. Service advisors are accomodating. Majority of the PMS are done within the time frame specified but there are also times where it takes them too long to finish. The service fee and amount of parts is quite pricey too compared to other car brands.

Waiting chair was very comfortable. Arrived around 11AM and got off around 3PM. Could use free coffee but there was none.

Service was awesome (PMS) and able to finish in 4hrs unlike in other dealer where they service your car the whole day and had to wait one and half hours more for your car to be released.
