Spicy chicken and papaya salad is a must try. Great value for Thai food

If I have to be fair to all thai restaurant here, let's me say...we also have bad Thai food in Thailand and "authentic" depends on how you understand the food and the culture. This restaurant is "inspired" by one of the most famous Thai dish which is papaya salad and either grilled or fried chicken with sticky rice. Since they said they're inspired so you can't complain that they are not authentic. So, it wasn't that bad nor that it was good. It could be better. Lucky that I didn't order a normal size of papaya salad or else I'd be crying so hard and it's not because of the heat. Milk tea was dilute, if it's a little bit sweeter then it would be great because when you drink with ice then it's just about right. Would I go back again? Most unlikely I would.
I was charged service charge for getting a Thai iced tea to-go. That didn't seem right. I asked the staff about it and he said "it's the packaging". I just let it go but businesses should be transparent about things like this. If it's the packaging, include it in the retail price. Don't charge service charge for orders to-go!
We had to wait long for someone to get our orders, plus 45 minutes for our orders to arrive. But the food is good!
The Thai fried chicken is delicious. Moist and tender. I ordered the 3 piece with two dipping sauces. The place is not fancy. Inside was rather warm, even though the air conditioner was running. Going to come and try other items on the menu.
Great place to get your Thai food fix. Their specialty is the thai fried chicken which is absolutely a delight to eat. Must try their drunken spaghetti, and som tam. Prices are a bit steep for the food quality thus the 4 stars.
I really enjoyed our #affordable and #satisfyingdinner last night @khaokhaiph. They serve #bangkokstreetstyle chicken with authentic #thaisauce Tips: 1. Their #gaitod comes in 1 pc., 2 pcs. or 3 pcs. with either Jasmine or Sticky Rice. But because we wanted to make our #thaidinner a little bit special, we ordered the Yaowaraj Fried Rice 2. Best time to go there is between 7:30 to 8pm so that you can still choose your seats (we passed by around 10pm and the place was already packed) To know more about my latest food adventure, follow my #foodie instagram account: @kaincaren
Cheap Thai food in Makati! You have to order chicken when coming here because the brand is about the chicken! I like the fried chicken more than the roasted one. The papaya salad is good also. Staff pays a lot attention to guests, which is good! The menu doesn't have Tomyum or Padthai, if you are looking for these common dishes, look somewhere else. They have many promo for beers and food, if you are a frequent customer, you will get good price.
