Kagura is one of my favorite restaurants inside Little Tokyo. The restaurant seats only a few people, with an estimate of 15 seats inside and around 12 seats al fresco. When inside, you will notice the baseball memorabilia dedicated to the Hanshin Tigers. Kagura's specialty is the okonomiyaki, so that is a definite must-try! You have the option to choose different toppings for your okonomiyaki and also if you want it with or without noodles. The okonomiyaki serving is generous, good for 2-3 people. Ask for complimentary cold or hot tea when in Kagura.

There is a wide variety of okonomiyaki. Very good theme/ambience. I just wish the store was bigger so more people could enjoy their food.

If you love japanese food and when it comes to authentic. This is the highly recommendations for the japanese food lovers. I never expected that the owner entertain me. I tried the japanese pizza oh my i suggest don't eat alone. Make sure your with your friends or family because I'm sure in one food you cannot finish the whole. Very friendly staff. Although it is small. Some of the best bloggers visit this place.

Okonomiyaki can serve 1-2 people. It isn't common to have this dish with noodles inside so you might want to give it a shot. It's big, delicious, and the sauce is sweet. Enhance the flavor with good toppings like Dried Bonito Shavings. Try a glass of Japanese Plum Wine! You can watch Japanese television on the left or right side of the bar. Interior is small.

Way too overpriced for sub-par meal. We ordered their specialty which is okonomiyaki (the one with the most ingredients) on noodles and it was quite disappointing, my expectations were high because of the ratings and I always try okonomiyaki in a restaurant given the opportunity. It might have been cooked properly but it was as if it was cooked yesterday, like hotstone didn't do anything. The service was quite bad and unattentive, they were also not following basic sanitary uniforms like aprons for one. Overall not a very fun experience not the food was good for it's price. I'll say I'll pay half the price because the pancake was good for two, but even then I wouldnt recommend this restaurant.
