Lady was rude and arrogant. Staff are thoughtful at first then after purchasing they don't accommodate you regarding on the ORCR. it's been 2 months and yet the ORCR still not given. SLOW SERVICE, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF!!! they need to change the staff and the management.

Very slow to respond. You have to constantly follow up with them. Too bad there's no other choice in buying Honda bikes. If they service the premium big big category they should provide equally matching services. I am buying my 2nd big bike from them and still they don't take care of you. It's like you owe them for buying from them?

All the attainable big bikes seem to be always accounted for. The showroom is still awesome. They don't accept credit cards.
