Great Location in that you can walk to literally anything one needs to purchase. Ongoing construction leads to overwhelming Noise Pollution 12 hours a day , seven days a week. The facade is just that , a facade. The craftsmanship of the Condos is horrible , with problems such as the contractor mounting the cabinetry directly into the water line which eventually caused the failure and flooding of the cheap cabinets made out of pressed “ wood “. Maintenance is derelict and something that would be repaired in 48 hours in a developed country took over two months. There is a high turnover of residents , so safety and security have their hands full what with people in the darker side of “ personal assistant “ frequent this place at odd hours. One can only wonder if the Shabu industry has found a place here. But on a positive note , the Security people are very friendly and stern with criminal activity. The pool is tiny and not useful as is the “ gym “. The first person you encounter is a heavily made up obese woman who spends an inordinate amount of time primping in a mirror. Her IQ hovers at room temperature...in Celsius. If you don’t mind waiting for the 2/4 operating elevators , the stench of cabbage , fish and cigarette smells , and shady characters and a dearth of competent maintenance, then this place is for you.

Tower 1 is new. Tower 2 is still under construction. Rooms are decent sized. Their so called 1 bedroom units are actually executive studio units with the oom\ separated by a sliding door. Amenities are new due to age of building.
