The ambiant is excellent, cleanliness ok, service nice... the waiting time us a little bit long, the serving need to improve :) tastes not so special.. overall fine

AMBIENCE Restaurant was roomy with several seats, cold air con, bag hooks under tables and a private function room near the hand-off counter. Pricing is a bit steep but I do put into consideration how historical this restaurant is. It was interesting to read the menu and see where the restaurant used to be located. FOOD & BEVERAGE Daing na Boneless Bangus was excellent! It was a huge serving, very tasty with and without vinegar, and every bite had a little bit of crunch in them. Vigan Longanisa was typically delicious. Both dishes include two eggs cooked to your liking. Special Iced Tea was very sweet and tasted like home-brew style with bubbly foam on top. SERVICE Staffers were friendly, suggested beverages like coffee and hot chocolate, and left us a pitcher of warm water after we asked only for one serving.

Our all-time favorite in Floating Island Restaurant: Adobo rice (ftw!) Crispy Pata, Fried Bangus Dagupan, tempura, chopseuy, Kare kare, gising gising, and their pudding! A must try! Me and my boyfriend also tried their inihaw na baboy (small serving for its price), pinakbet (too salty), and canton () last Dec 5. Though sometimes the waiter will ignore you when you are catching his attention.

Ordered an cheese burgers with a coke and it took an hour. I know it is not an European restaurant but this burger was horrible. Cold, no taste and small portion.
