I placed a booking on the 12 Nov for a departure on the 30 Nov. I have been asked to pay a deposit to secure the booking. Not a problem, I requested a proper invoice and bank detail. I never received it. 25 Nov I contacted them regarding my booking, the answer was that my booking was cancelled. Reason being, they couldn't allocate me a bus!!!!!!!!! 5 days before departure!!!!! I have 45 people for my event that do not have the transportation I booked 3 weeks in advance! This is totally unprofessional. Obviously, I do not recommend this company.

The bus is always on time and the driver and his conductor were accommodating. They provide assistance and grant our simple requests during the trip (e.g stop over at pasalubong shops or gas stations for snacks). The bus itself is always clean and well-maintained. I just had a minor concern during our last trip going back in Manila last Mar. 17, 2018. The bus was a little bit noisy and jerky during the travel. I think it should be checked and fixed.
