I haven't received my policy from them, even though I already paid the renewal fees. Nobody answers their phones when I tried calling them. I emailed them twice, no replies from both emails. Wow. Feeling scam lang to. Kahit isang star hindi deserving. LOL

Im calling BPI ms insurance for about 2 weeks and still no one is answering. what a poor service. The good thing about this insurance is they are fast to get your money but the service is slower than a turtle.
Smoothest claims vs all other insurance providers. Vast network of casa & non-casa shops. The only reason why this isn't 5 star is they're one of the most expensive and hard to get in touch via phone. If you want to expedite, you need to get the name of the person that you exchange emails with. They call you within the same day anyway. Thumbs up if this helps! :)
Poor customer service and following inefficient processes. Would not accept scanned documents, You will need to physically send scanned ID documents which is basically the same. Would not recommend. Go for other insurance providers avoid BPI/MS
Always needed to be reminded to send to you official receipt and documents for fire insurance policy otherwise, the year will end without you receiving the necessary documents
Terrible services. Can't contact the numbers they gave. Does not even reply on emails. Tells you a deadline but does not meet it. Always passes task to someone else. I highly do not recommend this insurance, also do not apply to any job in this company. Managers are too bossy. The HR is really really really hard to contact.

I will Never get this insurance company ever again. Lalo na from your agents ( automobile ), they will deceive you na you will get free insurance for one year yun pala nakalock in ka for 3 years. You better get your insurance from someone else. Very poor customer service High participation fees
