Awful service, waiting time too long. Please hire more employees
0 stars - We've been following up our benefit from this company for 3 months now. I was lucky to get answered by somebody from their phone line, she made promises that they will look into our claim - but up to this time and after thousands of emails, after trying all ways to contact them _ I still haven't gotten any response. I think they just want to keep our hard-earned money for themselves.
BPI-PL is the worst insurance provider you will see in the market. I have experienced unprofessional business practices from this provider. They only care about collecting premiums. Please don't make the same mistake like I did and stay away from this company.
After 2 months of setting auto-debit, I suddenly missed payment. They said that I never had auto debit ever even though I showed them that I had the receipt,forms and emails that says otherwise. I had too pay for reinstatement just because they mishandled my records. It took me a month for a response to my email. I had to follow up. I almost CC the BSP with my email. I will not recommend this insurance to anyone. They are likely to forget or give incorrect information about your policy in the future. Agent's words contradict with the policy copy given. If you have a policy with them, Pls be vigilant.
The people I talked to are informative and understanding. The only problem is... the online or call customer services. Its a waste of time, really. I called their hotline, inputted the right numbers based on my concerns and then they will tell you that \This is BPI PHILAM LIFE\ not BPI PHILAM and they will redirect me, and while on hold- CUT OFF. EVERY FREAKING TIME. I told them every call that I ALWAYS BEEN GETTING CUT OFF and they still insist to wait. Wait for what? I'm getting cut off every time they \transfer me\ to the correct person. 6 times this happened, IN A DAY. and NO ONE LISTENED. Then, one lady told me that BPI PHILAM HOTLINE IS 85285500, and whenever I tried dialing that it never went through. \WELCOME TO BPI PHIALM CUSTOMER SERVICE-\ then gone. I give up. Their customer service should be as sold as the one-on-one service the bank provide for walk in clients. Not all people have time to go to their branches without affecting their workload.
Worst customer service! Should have been no star at all if google allows it... Bpi Philam will have you wait for weeks for a reply and when they reply their response does not resolve your issue nor provide a significant answer! They will go round and round until you lose your patience! Obviously no quality reviews are being done to the recorded emails or voice calls for them to improve on their service. Their auto reply are useless saying you have to wait x days for a reply when in fact it takes them weeks to respond with a useless answer!
Im dismayed! Never trust this insurance company! When something went wrong and you’re overseas you can’t even contact the numbers provided in their website.
