I would place a three kaso considering how well packaged the item is, it's a four, I mean I need the item to be free from any damage. The delivery was delayed. They said they shipped it on a certain day but they cannot contact me (which I highly doubt for I'm always on my phone) so it was perhaps brought back to their hub. Messenger was responsive, di lang natutugma yung sagot minsan sa concern. Ps. Please update the data on your shiptrack site, misleading pa rin since you put there that it was already delivered but not on the right address.

The page is useless and not Updated I try to track my package and the waybill number is not found what kind of service is that.. I will not recommend this courier. And also when i receive the package this is what happened.. I will attach a picture as an evidence.

Sobrang hirap magbook. The first time, Bluebee Express took 3 days to pick up the package. Buti nalang din very responsive yung sa messenger (to the admin of the Facebook page, thank you for replying as soon as you could). The second time was the last straw. Ang aga ko nagbook pero hindi talaga dumating yung rider for 2 days until I cancelled it eventually. I don't recommend this courier at all.

I will never ever agree to send my parcel thru Bluebee. While writing this review I am still waitig for my item and it has been 5 business days already. I was told that the rider was texting me and that I was not responding. Such a lame excuse. To my defense I asked for a screenshot and until now none has been sent. I have been sending follow ups thru messenger which I thought was a plus for them since I can contact them at.once. To my dismay, it seems they are not equipped well in answering inquiries and instead im the.one.being asked where my item came from which they should.have an access.in the first.place. They lack empathy and poor setting.of expectation. When I checked.on their review, it seems others have the same.sentiments... Please.improve your service.

Maaasahan! I had an order that needs to be delivered ASAP because I had a problem with my current courier service, and Bluebee was able to deliver it. (Though the buyer was not available. Responsive din ang Facebook messenger chat nila. Thank you kuya Jerson and isa pang kuya rider.

WORST COURIER SERVICE. -Hard to contact -Did not pick up package when scheduled -Kept calling to ask what happened and no answer -When finally spoke to the customer service, they promised to prioritize next working day (which was a monday) -Still no pick up on the day they promised. Had to call multiple times before I got an answer. -Was told that rider assigned in our area was on leave after waiting for 4 days for pick up -Advised that still no confirmation when they can pick it up, not until rider will be back to work (had to wait for the rider to finish his leave) -Decided to just cancel it. Stress was not worth the cheap charge.
