Nice ambience and decor but quality and customer service has definitely declined. A free beer (a reason that attracts many customers) and short shoulder/head massage are no longer offered. When attempting to communicate with the barber and receptionist in English, there was no reply, only awkward silence. Staff need customer service training!

Its really good that they're open again after quarantine. No complementary drinks and only partial massage, but its understable. I appreciate the cleanliness measures they took for everyone's safety.

Been here many times now and i must say, they have a decent quality of equipments, great barbers and kind staffs. Includes upper body, head and face massage. They also offer you free coffee or beer, yes its a beer! As of 2018, quality of service is awesome.
