We purchased a washing machine from here on the Dec 19th. We set up the washer the next day but didn't try to use till the day after. It made horrible crunching sounds & tried to call them for service. We tried to contact them for several days. They finally texted me telling me they needed a photocopy of our delivery sheet even though we had just purchased the machine less than 3 days before we had issues. The washer still is not fixed. Also they do not negotiate on the price. I would not recommend this store.
