Food: 7.5/10 Karaoke rooms: 8.5/10 Food isn't the best but you get what you pay for. Interiors are cleaner than most karaoke places. Bathrooms are clean. Waiting time for food didn't take too long. They provide lots of water. Overall service was good. The karaoke has a timer on the screen. So it gets cut off when time is up. Aircon was working well.

I had a great time with a great group of people. Good selection of songs and good food. I can't comment on the prices but my hosts didn't say that it was expensive or anything. Over all it was fun and I would go again.
Songs are great. Beer is always cold. Food is also good. Sometimes though, staff are not as courteous and engaging. Esp the receptionists and servers
Facilities are well maintained, songs are updated, with approachable staff. Highly recommended for barkadas taking a time off from work or school.
We rented their room 12 good for 20 guests. The room is pretty big. Pero food was served woth long intervals and their CR smells bad.
Decent KTV rooms. Food was ok. Service crew leaves much to be desired. No parking really, have to use space at Shakey's if there are available.
The staffs are a bit slow. They are not familiar with their menu. The place is very spacious, and the songs are updated. CR is very clean. We just wish there are also kpop songs there. Hahaha. Their food is value for money.
The customer service there was world class. They had a wide selection of songs. However one of the microphones malfunctioned and was producing feedback.
