Get a great massage experience and leave the spa feeling refreshed and relaxed. The place is clean, the bed is comfortable, and the cooling is enough. Although you can hear the busy street outside, music is there as a nice complement for the massage to help you relax. The massage service starts with feet washing, unlike other spa. This is an extra step for cleanliness. Then, the therapist will give you some stretching, before doing pressure gauge to let you decide how strong the massage should be. The therapist will occassionally verify if the pressure is ok. During the massage session, I felt good quality massage, no rush, and the therapist gave focus on the needed spots, unlike other spa where the massage feels too strict with procedures. Overall, customer experience was very good, we were welcomed warmly, treated well during service, and thanked before leaving the spa.
