It's more of an arcade really. Nothing has changed or nothing has improved the place since over a decade back. The presence of a mercury drugstore certainly is a welcome treat though. Parking spaces haven't changed too. The public restroom definitely needs renovation. The overall structure would do well with some repainting.

It's my first time to dropby Agapita in a decade and it has certainly deteriorated that rehab of the place might be more costly than to demolish it and build a new one. And with the newer establishments around the area, the contrast is even more pronounced.
