Clearly affected by the pandemic, but still there are stores here that gives great deals such as shoes, shirts, etc. A good variety of restaurants and food stalls are still here up to 9pm. Plus the football area is lit up at night so you can hang out there sitting on the grass with your friends or family. Overall, worth visiting and there will be improvements as our economy recovers.

Very good and is a great example once again of showing the strength and appeal of retail in the Philippines. Many say that Dubai is the best, but I 100% disagree - the Philippines is far more appealing and diverse - MOA / Festival Centre - Lanmark and the Outlets. Great choices at the Outkets including international brands such as Nike and H&M. Worth a visit if you want something different and less than 2 hours from Manila.

This is by far the best mall/park/restaurants I have ever been at. A lot of place to chill, eat, see and shop. You can even do some cycling and exercise in this place. They also have a Gym. for me.

Visited here with my family last Christmas. The place was huge, as expected from an outlet park, but a lot of the stores were still closed so there wasn’t a lot you could do or buy. Only ones open that were worth noting were adidas and nike. There was an HM too but it wasn’t an outlet store. Lots of restaurants already open tho. Layout is great. Can’t wait for more shops to open!

an alternative shopping, dining and unwinding place for Lipa City folks and nearby communities with mobility means. choices and varieties though are relatively narrow. design and ambiance are similar to that of nuvali sta rosa. on a smaller scale. football field doubles as open movie theater on select dates. quite sufficient parking space but can overfill on holidays. a good walk to those taking public transport. price tier is mid-end.
