Minimum cuts of the land in La Finca are all 1000 sqm so there will be far to any neighbor. The peaceful and secure surroundings of La Finca Farm and Country Club is great for families with children. In the clubhouse you will find professional stainless industrial kitchen, spa, childrens pool, adult pool, 2 steambath ladies & men, basket court. tennis, barbecue area all built in high end quality, absolut perfect for your next big party or just a relaxing afternoon. Location is opposite the Golf Digest golf course of the year, Mount Malarayat Golf Club. Membership is cheap or you can register to walk-in to play. The Malarayat is also known for their international cuisine. As a part of the amenities La Finca has a 4-man crew of 24-hour security guards, cctv and a beautiful clubhouse with 30 meter swimming pool just a walk away as well as park, tennis and basketball court. Stonyhurst Southville International School is just 5 minutes away. Very peaceful area, this modern house is located in the most quiet area in Lipa for sure. Amenities: Clubhouse with Function Hall, Swimming Pool, 24-hour Security, Pocket Parks, Basketball Court, Tennis Court, Jacuzzi, Children’s Swimming Pool, Guard House, Golf Course, Street Lighting, Wi-Fi Access.
