I like the place because it is located at the 4th flr of the building, away from curious onlookers, people and motor traffic and pollution. Should you want natural wind and fresh air, all you have to do is step to the lobby and there you can enjoy them. It also provides a view of a large part of the city. If you want a 360 view, just go upstairs, an open air space of what used to be a penthouse, I think (but unfortunately destroyed by typhoon ursula), and enjoy the wind and fresh air, and of course the view.
Known gym but i dont know if it is still operational
