Repair lead time for my appliance took 3 weeks to repair. I even bothered personally sourcing out the parts to be replaced otherwise it took them longer to finish it.

This is one great repair shop. The staff are honest and very much accomodating. They will repair your appliences while waiitng. They will also advice you with the traffic. Only shop their location cant be easily found bec the shop is a bit small and the panaflex names are not noticable. But call them for directions.

Scheduled an aircon cleaning 2 weeks ago for today and called this morning to confirm and was advised the service crew will arrive after lunch. 1pm and still no crew arrived and called again and was advised the crew will arrive between 3pm to 5pm. 5pm and still no crew. Very unprofessional and did not even provided notice.

Sobrang bagal ng service. Pag nagmessage ka hindi ka isiseen. Rereplyan ka after how many days. Pag nagreply very rude pa. Tama yung mga reviews dito. Madidisappoint ka na lang talaga.
